Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking The Business Development Executive for Coffeesouq will be responsible for driving sales, building and nurturing relationships with B2B customers (such as cafés, restaurants, offices, and hospitality), and expanding the company’s coffee business footprint. This role combines both new business acquisition and account management to achieve revenue targets and foster long-term partnerships.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B customers (cafés, hotels, offices, restaurants, etc.).
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
Monitor and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts (for example: introducing new blends, machines, or accessories).
Follow up on client orders, delivery schedules, and payment cycles; coordinate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, account reviews, and forecasts to management.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential gaps in the market.
Develop business proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses tailored to coffee industry clients.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to build brand visibility.
CRM & Sales Process
Manage and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM systems; track leads, opportunities, and activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in F&B or Coffee industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities to spot new trends and opportunities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
