Are you a dynamic professional with a knack for building strong business relationships? We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our vibrant team in Dubai. In this role, you'll drive new business development, lead generation, and account management. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Israel market
- Background in Overseas Recruitment is must
- Worked in Hospitality & Service industry
- Worked with Manpower recruitment & outsourcing company
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- A keen business acumen with a deep understanding of industry trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in account management and relationship building
- Strong ability to analyze market data and identify target opportunities
- Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai market and industry regulations
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license
