Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
Maintain and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business expansion strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
