Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 3 years of experience in the digital marketing domain to support business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, presenting digital marketing solutions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal closures and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital marketing sector through lead generation, networking, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of digital marketing services and clearly communicate value propositions to clients.
- Proposal Creation & Pitching: Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals, pitches, presentations and pricing discussions with potential clients.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to align business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular sales performance reports and updates to management.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
