Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support new customer acquisition and pipeline generation across the UAE market. The role focuses on outbound sales, prospecting, and enterprise account engagement for IT services and automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research target enterprise accounts across UAE Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and networking Schedule customer meetings and discovery calls with decision-makers Build and maintain qualified sales pipeline in CRM Support proposal discussions and opportunity qualification Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer engagement Participate in events, webinars, and demand-generation activities Maintain regular sales reporting and pipeline updates Target Industries: Banking & Financial Services Government & Public Sector Telecom Energy & Utilities Manufacturing Large Enterprise Accounts

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Skills: Experience in IT Services / Enterprise Software Sales Strong communication and customer engagement skills Exposure to outbound prospecting and lead generation Familiarity with CRM and LinkedIn sales outreach Knowledge of automation or enterprise technology solutions is an advantage
