Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify and research target accounts across UAE and GCC markets

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and outbound outreach

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly

  • Qualify opportunities and support sales funnel progression

  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to position suitable solutions and services

  • Conduct market and account research to identify new business opportunities

  • Participate in events, webinars, and networking activities to generate demand and brand visibility

  • Maintain regular reporting on activities, meetings, and pipeline status

  • Support proposal discussions and customer engagement activities to drive business growth

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation

  • Experience in new customer acquisition and outbound sales activities

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold prospecting

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management practices

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales development

  • Ability to research accounts and engage with enterprise customers professionally

  • Exposure to IT services, enterprise software, automation, or technology sales is preferred

  • UAE market exposure or GCC sales experience will be an added advantage

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred

  • Experience in selling BMC or BMC Helix software solutions, will be an added advantage
