We’re Hiring – Business Development Executive (Key Accounts) (IT Solutions & Cybersecurity)


Octalpha Business Solutions, a fast-growing UAE-based system integrator, is looking for a Business Development Executive (Key Accounts) to join our dynamic team.

If you’re passionate about IT, cloud, cybersecurity and GRC solutions — and love driving business growth — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AV, and ELV solutions.
  • Generate revenue from the assigned clients.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Work closely with Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager to generate business from existing accounts for new products.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience in IT/Cybersecurity solution sales in the UAE

✅ Valid UAE driving license & own car (mandatory)

✅ Strong communication & relationship-building skills

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player

✅ Familiarity with vendors such as Huawei, Cisco, HP, xfusion, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Maxhub, Logitech, Poly (preferred)
