Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market accounts in the UAE and GCC region.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Research potential customers and decision-makers using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Understand customer requirements around customer experience (CX), AI chatbots, conversational AI, and AI contact center solutions.

  • Conduct initial discovery calls and qualify prospects before passing opportunities to senior sales managers when required.

  • Deliver product presentations and solution demonstrations to prospective customers.

  • Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and follow-ups to move deals forward in the pipeline.

  • Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasting in HubSpot CRM.

  • Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and senior sales leadership to support lead generation campaigns.

  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team after deal closure.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–12 years of experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, preferably in CX platforms, AI chatbots, conversational AI, or contact center solutions.

  • Experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and managing SMB or mid-market accounts.

  • Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approaches.

  • Ability to identify customer requirements and position AI-powered customer experience (CX) solutions effectively.

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and pipeline management.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.

  • UAE / GCC market exposure is preferred.

  • Experience engaging with business leaders, CX heads, or IT decision-makers.

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
