Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Engage enterprise and regulated-sector customers and understand their business processes
  • Position DocuSign use cases across HR, Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Operations
  • Sell standard DocuSign SaaS packages with minimal dependency on presales resources
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and business value presentations
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals
  • Drive timely decision-making and deal closure
  • Engage presales and solution teams only for integrations, SSO, APIs, or complex enterprise workflows
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity tracking

Account Development

  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers to support renewals and expansion
  • Identify upsell opportunities such as IAM, CLM, and multi-department deployments
  • Support strategic account growth initiatives with sales leadership

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Daily activity reporting (outreach, meetings, follow-ups)
  • Monthly pipeline, forecast, and revenue reporting
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data and deal documentation
  • Follow defined sales processes and governance requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Background in B2B sales, business development, or account management

Experience or exposure to selling into enterprise or regulated industries is a strong advantage

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable conducting online meetings and executive-level discussions

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Willingness to learn enterprise SaaS platforms and structured sales methodologies
