Internship Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to support our international B2B sales and partnerships efforts. This remote internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development, particularly in the rapidly growing global digital health sector.

You will work closely with senior business development professionals and gain hands-on experience in international lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads in global markets through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels
  • Assist in outreach to HR leaders, CHROs, and CXOs of mid-to-large organizations across regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
  • Schedule virtual meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach strategies and content for international audiences
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within target geographies
  • Support deal-closing processes with mentorship from senior team members

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong interest in international B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with cold calling, pitching, and objection handling
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
