We are a rapidly growing vacation home management company in Dubai, providing short-term rental solutions and premium guest experiences. Our goal is to expand our portfolio and deliver exceptional value to property owners and guests alike. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with a passion for hospitality to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new property owners to list their homes under our vacation rental management program. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers and brokers. Pitch vacation home management services to potential clients and negotiate agreements. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the short-term rental sector. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth property onboarding. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new property acquisitions. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in business development, real estate, or hospitality (UAE experience preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Dubai’s short-term rental and vacation home market is a plus. Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented.
