Business Development Manager & Client Engagement Passion Recruitment Firm FZE

Role Purpose: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA with 7–8 years of dedicated UAE experience to drive business development, oversee client relationships, and coordinate project delivery in our Dubai branch. This role will be instrumental in expanding our UAE footprint, ensuring seamless coordination with our India-based service line teams, and contributing to practice development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Regulatory & Technical Knowledge o Stay updated with UAE VAT laws, corporate tax regime, economic substance regulations, transfer pricing, and company law. o Provide initial guidance to clients on compliance and coordinate with subject matter experts within the firm for detailed advice. • Practice Development o Identify new service opportunities, emerging client needs, and areas for innovation in the UAE market. o Work closely with the UAE Location Head to translate such opportunities into actionable business initiatives. o Support brand-building and thought-leadership efforts in the UAE market. • Client Engagement & Project Coordination o Act as the primary contact point for UAE-based clients. o Coordinate between clients and India-based service line teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assignments. o Oversee project progress and ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met within agreed timelines. o Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status • Business Development o Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across UAE in taxation, VAT, corporate law, and advisory. o Build and nurture long-term client relationships across corporates, SMEs, and entrepreneurial ventures. o Represent the firm at networking events, seminars, and industry forums.
