Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Edtech
- Driving business growth across B2B and B2G
Our client is a leading international organization operating in the education and learning solutions sector, with a strong presence across global markets and a growing footprint in Africa.
- Define and implement the business development strategy for B2B and B2G clients across North Africa
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate clients, public institutions, and strategic partners
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
- Monitor market trends, public tenders, and regulatory environments to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
- Build and manage a robust pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and institutional forums
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and local regulations
- Higher education degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management
- Strong exposure to B2B and/or B2G environments, ideally within multinational or structured organizations
- Solid understanding of North African markets and institutional ecosystems
- Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong advantage
