Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager based in Dubai or Remotely. This key role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams, analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and represent Neex at industry events. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and formulate strategies Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Forex and CFDs, is a must. Exceptional organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Willingness to travel as required Key Requirements: Experience in an FX sales role within a brokerage firm In-depth understanding of financial markets, especially FX/CFDs products Responsible for daily sales performance to achieve set targets Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and confident Strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in a second language is a plus Excellent communication and networking abilities Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in FX sales within a brokerage firm Existing client portfolio is preferred Desired Personality Traits: Strong team player High attention to detail and punctuality Energetic, flexible, and adaptable Ability to thrive under pressure Target-driven with confidence Ambitious with a strong desire for personal and professional growth
