Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and advance G2B and government-linked opportunities in priority markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with ministries, authorities, regulators, and state-owned or government-affiliated entities.
Support the development and execution of B2G engagement strategies aligned with national programs and government mandates.
Develop and manage a structured government opportunity pipeline, from early engagement through formal approval stages.
Prepare and deliver concept notes, proposals, presentations, and briefing materials for government stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Strategy, Finance, Tenders, Operations) to align solutions with government requirements.
Support inter-governmental discussions, delegations, and formal engagement processes.
Conduct stakeholder, policy, and market analysis to support G2G positioning and opportunity prioritization.
Track and report opportunity progress, risks, and forecasts to senior management.
Represent the organization in official meetings, forums, and government-related events as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or relevant professional certifications are an advantage
Strong government stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills suited to institutional environments.
Ability to navigate complex approval structures and long decision cycles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing high-level proposals and executive briefings.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
