Roles & Responsibilities

� We’re Hiring — Sales Lead (Fractional Real Estate Investments) | Dubai

Company: 9cents Financials

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Lead to drive investor acquisitions, manage existing client relationships, and expand business opportunities for a fast-growing fractional real estate investment platform.

This role requires a strong closer with a hunter mindset who can own the full sales lifecycle — from lead conversion to long-term client management — while leading a small, high-performance team.


Desired Candidate Profile

� Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Drive end-to-end investor sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and build a strong investor pipeline

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize client lifetime value

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and nurture existing investors to ensure retention and repeat investments

  • Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients

  • Ensure high client satisfaction and smooth post-sale engagement

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales executives

  • Monitor pipeline performance and ensure consistent deal closures

  • Maintain sales discipline through reporting and KPI tracking

Market & Operational Contribution

  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence

  • Support sales strategy, forecasting, and reporting

  • Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives

✅ Requirements (Strict Criteria)

  • 3–5 years of experience in high-ticket sales (real estate, fintech, investments, wealth, or similar)

  • Strong track record of revenue generation and target achievement

  • Experience managing clients and driving repeat business

  • Fluent in English and Hindi

  • UAE driving licence and own car (mandatory)

  • Willingness to travel to India as required

  • Strong negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skills

  • Preferred age range: 28–35 years

  • Nationality preference: Indian
