Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research and analysis to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the software domain.
•Drive sales growth by developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build go-to-market strategies for industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, government, and enterprise solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development or sales within the software industry. • At least 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE market with proven client engagement. • Strong knowledge of software solutions • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. • Ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
