Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote the complete range of AMIT Care services, lifestyle solutions and brands to decision makers.
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, institutions & organizations for bulk service and product orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and implement strategic business & sales plans that align with company objectives to achieve business growth & revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that effectively promote products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and its clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by offering customized solutions for corporate needs.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and improve overall business performance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing value propositions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and brand reputation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  • A minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in business development & B2B partnerships within UAE.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and persuade stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being comfortable with independent decision-making.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to navigate diverse business environments and build relationships across borders.
