Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach MNCs and corporate organizations to establish channel partnerships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with higher management and Corporate Relations teams of MNCs
Create partnership agreements to generate real estate enquiries (residential & investment)
Generate and manage corporate leads and enquiries through partnerships
Conduct presentations, meetings, and corporate roadshows at partner organizations
Maintain accurate records of corporate contacts, agreements, and leads in CRM
Identify new business opportunities and expand corporate partnership network
Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship management with channel partners
Achieve assigned business development and enquiry generation targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential for a strong foundation.
3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within several industry is highly preferred.
Certifications in sales or business development, such as Certified Business Development Expert (CBDE), are a plus.
