Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive growth and achieve AED 8M-10M annual sales targets
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Develop tailored technical and financial proposals
- Manage vendors, partnerships, and client relationships
- Ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within ICT, ELV systems
- Proven success in closing high-value deals
- Strong technical knowledge in ICT and ELV
- Fluency English
