Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong strategic manager who would be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and leading a team of Business Development Executives. The role focuses on consultative selling, achieving team and individual targets, coaching the sales team, and ensuring a high-quality client experience across business setup and professional services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coach the Business Development team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Drive new business acquisition through direct sales, referrals, partnerships, and networking.

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure and handover to operations.

  • Monitor team performance, pipeline health, conversions, and productivity through CRM and reports.

  • Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance feedback sessions.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, pricing, compliance, and ethical sales standards.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

Desired Candidate Profile


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably within the UAE business setup, professional services, consulting, or B2C/B2B services.

  • Prior experience in handling or mentoring a sales team is preferred.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
