Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, targeting potential clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities that align with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Kaizen and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure all terms are met.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive decision making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
