Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics and transportation through market research, client outreach, and industry analysis to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, shippers, partners, and industry stakeholders to secure long-term contracts and repeat business.
Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans aligned with company goals, focusing on route optimization, fleet utilization, and profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create targeted campaigns and service offerings that effectively promote logistics solutions and meet customer requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a competitive industry.
Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
