Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks
- Lead and support sales team performance and growth
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development within Forex, CFD, or online trading industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and CRM tools
- Results-driven mindset with proven target achievements
- Fluent English communication skills
