Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of hunting new clients from scratch, closing deals, and developing long-term business relationships. This role requires strong B2B sales skills, market understanding, and the ability to work independently in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across targeted sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, first contact, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and performance forecasts.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and meetings to enhance business visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for acquired clients.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service in all client interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
