Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting

Identify and engage potential clients, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions

Own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed contract

Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations aligned to client briefs

Transition closed deals to the project team with clear context and continuity

Maintain active relationships with existing clients to drive retention and referrals

Represent YAZ Media at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Track all pipeline activity, interactions, and deal stages in HubSpot CRM

Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs

Desired Candidate Profile

4+ years in a sales or business development role within a media, creative, or digital agency

Demonstrated track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding monthly targets

Experience pitching and selling creative, production, digital, or marketing services

Strong negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal

Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
