Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to property owners, developers, and investors to offer property management solutions.

  • Pitching & Presentations: Conduct professional pitches to prospective clients, explaining our management fee structures, maintenance capabilities, and leasing strategies.

  • Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate Property Management Agreements (PMA) in compliance with local laws (e.g., RERA/DLD or ADM).

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market rental trends, occupancy rates, and competitor pricing to provide consultative advice to landlords.

  • Onboarding: Coordinate the smooth transition of new buildings into our portfolio, working closely with the operations and leasing teams.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and build long-term trust with existing landlords to encourage renewals and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the UAE real estate market, specifically in business development or property listings.

  • Network: A proven track record and an existing network of landlords or property investors in the UAE.

  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English and Arabic.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE tenancy laws, Tawtheeq processes, and jointly owned property regulations.

  • Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and a personal vehicle are mandatory for this role.
