Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in business development within a recruitment agency, outsourcing company, or manpower supply firm.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong understanding of UAE recruitment, outsourcing, and tendering processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle tender documentation and manage deadline-driven tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office.

UAE driving license preferred.
