Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. • Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking. • Prepare letters, memos, and other HR documents. • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations. • Support employee relations and handle HR-related inquiries. • Coordinate with management for performance evaluations and training.
