What You ll Do
- Support the Head of Business Development in translating Talabat s value proposition into effective commercial models and business cases
- Lead end-to-end acquisition of top restaurants and local partners to join cloud kitchens, handing over closed contracts to construction teams
- Identify and generate new leads while engaging and networking with prospective partners
- Collaborate with construction, legal, and finance teams on business case development
- Advise vendors on Talabat s services and support them in business expansion via cloud kitchens
- Coordinate partner equipment movement and kitchen stall design with construction teams to optimize processes
- Ensure smooth onboarding and successful integration of acquired partners into the platform
- Introduce best practices from the market to enhance Talabat s value proposition
- Improve acquisition success rates by ensuring quality and strong partner engagement
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partner acquisition, business development, or sales, preferably in Cloud Kitchens or F&B industries
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with proven business development experience
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tools such as Tableau or Looker preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support negotiations and business case development
- Proven ability to manage large cross-functional projects with on-time delivery
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills
