Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

 Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Supervisor IT & Office Automation (OA) to lead and expand our sales operations across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT and office equipment sales, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee P&L and sales operations within assigned territories or product categories.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead evaluation, generation, and conversion.
  • Identify and analyze market potential and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic sales plans to management.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Maintain and update CRM database for all contacts, clients, and sales activities.
  • Track and manage demo units and ensure accountability.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Support administrative functions related to sales operations.
  • Travel within UAE and the MENA region to achieve sales objectives.
  • Participate in tenders, prepare specifications, set pricing, and coordinate activities to close deals.
  • Manage relationships with chains and online retailers negotiate listings, pricing, promotions, and credit terms.
  • Provide tailored solutions by integrating company products to meet customer requirements.
  • Potential to grow into a managerial role including recruitment, target setting, and team performance management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales , preferably in IT or Office Automation. Proven experience in UAE / GCC / Africa / CIS markets. IT sales experience is mandatory ; MENA region experience preferred. Bachelor s degree (minimum educational requirement). Valid driving license (UAE or transferable). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within UAE and MENA region as required.
