Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of company formation, license processing, amendments, renewals, and compliance services
Serve as the operational point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to timelines
Coordinate closely with internal teams (PRO, operations, government authorities, compliance) to ensure accurate and timely processing
Monitor documentation, regulatory filings, and compliance deadlines to ensure full adherence to local regulations
Maintain organized records of client documentation and operational workflows
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality
Track service delivery metrics and ensure high standards of operational performance
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years in corporate services, business setup, company formation, or related operational roles
Strong hands-on experience in managing end-to-end processes and client servicing operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In-depth knowledge of company formation, business setup procedures, free zones, mainland structures, and corporate compliance requirements
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and documentation processes
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with high attention to detail
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
