Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to manage day-to-day operations of the labor accommodation. The candidate will ensure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the camp in compliance with company and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the labor camp and maintain discipline

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities

• Coordinate room allocation, attendance, and movement of workers

• Handle basic worker issues and report matters to management

• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and transport teams

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations

• Maintain records related to camp occupancy and facilities

Requirements:

• 2 3 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss or similar role

• Basic communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage)

• Ability to manage workers and handle issues calmly

• Knowledge of UAE labor camp rules and regulations
