Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ours is an Engineering & Contracting company, having head office in Dubai, taking various projects across Gulf region. Manpower : 4000+


  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the labour camp accommodation.

  • Ensure proper allocation of rooms to employees as per company policy.

  • Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, including arrivals, transfers, exits & camp related equipment/tools.

  • Ensure all camp facilities such as rooms, kitchens, toilets, laundry, and common areas are maintained in clean and functional condition.

  • Monitor camp capacity and report availability status to Head Office Administration.

  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout the camp.

  • Coordinate and supervise regular pest control activities, water tank cleaning etc. through approved vendors.

  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.

  • Ensure waste management and disposal are carried out as per municipality and company requirements.

  • Address and resolve employee concerns, complaints, and accommodation-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Issue warnings and disciplinary notices in coordination with Administration Dept. as per company procedures.

  • Report serious violations, incidents, or misconduct to Administration Dept. immediately.

  • Coordinate and support audit visits from clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

  • Implement corrective actions based on audit observations.

  • Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency exits to ensure readiness.


Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience as Camp Boss in EPC, Construction, or Contracting companies in the Gulf.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to resolve conflicts and employee grievances

  • Knowledge of labour camp regulations and standards

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
