Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to oversee the day-to-day management of our labor camp and ensure safe, hygienic, and efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage large groups of staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.


Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the labor camp, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Supervise accommodation allocation and ensure proper room discipline.
  • Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, inventory, and staff movements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Monitor maintenance requirements and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
  • Oversee kitchen and dining area operations (if applicable), ensuring food quality and hygiene.
  • Implement health, safety, and fire-safety procedures as per UAE guidelines.
  • Address workers’ concerns and escalate issues to HR/Operations when required.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of camp facilities and ensure preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with local authorities’ regulations and company policies.
  • Manage waste disposal, pest control, and utilities to maintain a healthy environment.
  • Prepare daily/weekly camp reports and submit to the Operations/HR department.
  • Supervise camp support staff such as cleaners, cooks, security, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Camp Boss in UAE (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, health & safety policies, and camp management standards.
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
  • Ability to manage diverse groups and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Computer literacy for basic documentation and reporting.
