Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of labor camps and accommodation facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, room allocation, and worker details.
  • Coordinate check-in/check-out of workers and maintain discipline within the camp.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of camp facilities.
  • Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilities.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of camp facilities.
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities (water, electricity, sewage).
  • Monitor pest control, waste management, and housekeeping services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Supervise camp staff such as cleaners, security guards, cooks, and maintenance workers.
  • Manage third-party service providers (catering, cleaning, security, laundry).
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Manage camp inventory including furniture, appliances, bedding, and consumables.
  • Control camp operating costs and report expenses to management.
  • Raise purchase requests for camp-related materials and services. Coordinate with HR, PRO, and project teams regarding manpower movement.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on camp operations, issues, and improvements.
  • Support audits and inspections by authorities or clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Manager or similar role in labor accommodation.
  • Experience handling blue-collar workforce camps (construction/manpower/industrial).
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor accommodation standards and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-national workforce and resolve conflicts.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting)
