Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
RAS is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our Sales team as a Channel Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the rapidly growing cybersecurity industry. You will work closely with our sales and channel teams to build and maintain relationships with partners, support sales activities, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
Support Channel Managers in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs.
Coordinate meetings, product presentations, and demos with channel partners.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and requests from partners in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update records of partner communications, deals, and activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team on partner campaigns and promotions.
Learn and understand RAS’s cybersecurity products and services to communicate value effectively.
Assist with administrative tasks related to partner onboarding, agreements, and documentation.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in technology, IT sales, and the cybersecurity domain.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Note:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth, focusing on partner enablement and joint business planning.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and system integrators, to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to sell and support company products/services.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop channel-specific programs, promotions, and marketing materials, driving partner engagement and sales.
- Analyze channel sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, fostering trust and collaboration for long-term success.
- Manage channel conflicts and ensure fair and equitable treatment of all partners, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

- Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner programs, and distribution strategies, enabling effective partner management.
