Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build client portfolio through strategic lead generation cold calls and networking
  • Conduct targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads
  • Generate and manage charter enquiries through to completion
  • Coach and drive charter team to consistently deliver end to end charter solutions
  • Work on finalizing/fixing charter enquiries by negotiating contracts with both operators and clients and closing sales
  • Account Management in line with company guidelines to develop and secure future business
  • Drive charter department performance to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Updating flight files into database

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for Charter Manager for an Aviation company based in Dubai.


Candidate Experience:

  • 4-5 years brokerage experience in Aircraft Charter Sales or Broking (private jets/commercial jets) with a proven track record of client acquisition and deal making in a competitive sales environment
  • Developed new business in your previous roles through market identification , pro active lead generation and key client management
  • Analytical Skills to drive client acquisition and broking activities to their optimum level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the confidence to meet annual targets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Can demonstrate their passion for the industry and willingness to work with clients out of hours and on-call from time to time
  • Has emotional regulation, is adaptable and possesses a growth mindset
  • Strong commercial acumen
