Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in your assigned section (e.g., hot
kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery, pastry). - Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of quality, presentation,
and taste. - Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation, adhering to company recipes and
standards. - Supervise and manage a team of commis chefs, kitchen assistants, and other staff within your
section. - Regularly taste and inspect dishes to ensure that they meet the standards for quality and
presentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Atleast high school graduate
- 1-2 years experience in catering, buffet, cruise ship and airline catering services.
- Basic English communication skills
