We re recruiting talented and impeccably groomed CHEF DE PARTIES to join the team at one of the world s most exclusive ultra-luxury resorts, located on the untouched coastline of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to work in a remote, high-end hospitality destination that blends sustainability, innovation, and Mediterranean culinary excellence.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as CDP in a luxury Mediterranean restaurant
• Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine preparation and presentation
• Fluent English communication skills
• Impeccable grooming and professional kitchen etiquette

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality Mediterranean dishes with precision and consistency
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen areas
• Contribute to menu development and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with a multicultural team in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment
