Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master the art of preparing authentic Indian curries, tandoori dishes, and regional specialties, ensuring consistent quality and flavor.
  • Expertly manage the tandoor oven, maintaining optimal temperature and skillfully cooking various meats, breads, and vegetables to perfection.
  • Develop and execute innovative menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and modern culinary techniques while staying true to traditional Indian flavors.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, from ingredient sourcing and inventory management to maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution.
  • Holds relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Indian and Tandoori Chef, showcasing expertise in Indian cuisine.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
