Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups in both Arabic and English. • Handle client onboarding,updating clients , maintain accurate CRM records, and track client interactions. • Resolve client issues efficiently while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. • Coordinate with internal legal teams to facilitate smooth case handling and service delivery. • Prepare reports on client interactions and identify opportunities to improve service quality. • Represent the firm professionally during client meetings, calls, and events. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the firm’s services to communicate effectively with clients. • Support relationship-development initiatives and provide ongoing client support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have strong skills in drafting formal correspondence and writing professional emails in Arabic and English • fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (verbal and written). • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Law, Marketing, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly. • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple client accounts. • Well-presented and confident in professional client interactions. • Familiarity with UAE legal services and procedures is an advantage. • Must have a valid UAE driver’s license. • Must be currently based in the UAE and able to join within one month.
