Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Manager – LATAM & Africa Region to lead our International Business Development initiatives across Latin America and Africa. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong exposure to the anesthetic, injectables, diagnostics product range in the international markets, both public (tender) and private distribution markets. This role requires strategic planning, distributor management, regulatory coordination, and revenue growth leadership across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in LATAM and Africa regions.
-Identify and appoint new distributors/partners while strengthening existing relationships.
-Achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the assigned cluster.
-Manage product portfolio positioning, especially within the anesthetic range.
-Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and marketing teams for successful product registrations and launches.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
-Lead negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements with international partners.
-Participate in international exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.
-Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
-5–7 years of experience in International Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry.
-Strong experience handling anesthetic products (Injectables preferred).
-Strong experience handling diagnostic products (Diagnostic kits, PCR).
-Proven track record in managing LATAM and/or Africa markets.
-Excellent knowledge of export documentation, regulatory processes, and tender business.
-Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
-Willingness to travel internationally as required.
