Commercial Manager – Construction (UAE Experience Required) CHINA RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING GROUP CO.LT D

Company Overview

We are a construction company involved in large-scale building projects in the UAE, including government and specialized developments. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and contractual aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full commercial lifecycle of construction projects (tendering, cost control, variations, and final accounts)

• Prepare and review BOQs, budgets, and cost forecasts

• Handle contract administration in accordance with FIDIC conditions

• Lead and manage claims (EOT, variations, and dispute resolution)

• Negotiate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Monitor project costs and ensure profitability

• Lead and supervise Quantity Surveyors (QS team)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction commercial management

• Mandatory UAE or Middle East project experience

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts

• Proven experience in claims and cost control

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government or institutional projects

• Background with international or large-scale contractors

• Demonstrated success in claims and dispute resolution

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 10,000 – 22,000 per month (depending on experience)
