Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all post-contract commercial and quantity surveying activities on-site
• Manage interim valuations, payment certifications, and final accounts
• Oversee variations, claims, and change management processes
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and company procedures
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on commercial matters
• Provide regular cost reports and financial updates to senior management
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor on building projects
• Strong knowledge of post-contract administration and general QS practices
• Experience in managing variations, claims, and final accounts
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and commercial/QS software

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on UAE-based construction projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Ability to lead site-based commercial teams effectively
