Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage contracts, quotations, and service agreements for signage & advertising projects.

  2. Lead pricing, estimation, and tender submissions to ensure profitability.

  3. Monitor project budgets, costs, and margins; implement cost-control measures.

  4. Negotiate commercial terms with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and malls.

  5. Maintain strong client relationships; resolve commercial issues and payment delays.

  6. Coordinate with procurement, production, and installation teams for commercial alignment.

  7. Prepare commercial reports, monitor cash flow, and support senior management decisions.

  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and UAE regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

  2. 5–8 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in signage, advertising, fit-out, or construction projects.

  3. Strong knowledge of contract management, estimation, pricing, and tendering.

  4. Excellent negotiation, financial analysis, and cost-control skills.

  5. Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and commercial reporting tools.

  6. Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

  7. Knowledge of UAE commercial practices and regulatory requirements is preferred.
