Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • To prepare the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operations of the Staff Cafeteria kitchen in coordination with the Chef de Partie as required
  • Communicate to the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie any updates on the operation, external or internal comments and other relevant information to ensure the smooth operation of the section
  • Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel setting is an asset
  • Knowledge of food prep, cooking techniques, and presentation
  • Ability to stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
