Job Description
What you will be doing:
- To prepare the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operations of the Staff Cafeteria kitchen in coordination with the Chef de Partie as required
- Communicate to the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie any updates on the operation, external or internal comments and other relevant information to ensure the smooth operation of the section
- Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel setting is an asset
- Knowledge of food prep, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Ability to stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
