Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sell a textile-focused ERP software exclusively to textile trading businesses in Meena Bazaar / Fahidi Street, Bur Dubai

  • Prospect, approach, and engage textile shop owners, partners, and operations managers directly (primarily in-person)

  • Understand and explain textile trading workflows, including: Purchase & sales tracking, Inventory management, credit sales, receivables, and outstanding tracking, supplier payment, basic accounting flows, and VAT-related reporting needs.

  • Identify operational gaps in businesses using manual methods, Excel, or outdated software

  • Present and demonstrate the ERP as a practical, affordable alternative to big ERP systems

  • Independently negotiate and close ERP contracts

  • Earn uncapped commission on every closed deal

  • Commission range: AED 2,000 – AED 4,000+ per closed client, depending on deal size, scope, and modules sold

  • Immediate commission payout after the client’s payment

  • No responsibility for implementation, support, or delivery (handled by internal team)

  • Upsell additional modules to existing clients and earn incremental commissions

  • Focus on high-volume, fast-closure deals within a concentrated market

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably for trading, wholesale, or textile businesses

  • Understanding of how textile trading businesses operate in Dubai

  • Existing relationships or direct access to textile traders in Meena Bazaar / Bur Dubai

  • Comfortable with in-person selling and relationship-based sales

  • Ability to confidently engage business owners and decision-makers

  • Familiarity with ERP concepts such as inventory, procurement, receivables, and accounting workflows

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a pure commission-based role

  • Strong closer mentality with focus on volume, repeatability, and speed

  • Looking for uncapped earnings without corporate bureaucracy
