Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Culinary Duties

  • Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) in Indian and Continental cuisines.
  • Customize dishes as per the Chairman’s preferences, dietary needs, and health guidelines.
  • Plan weekly menus and ensure balanced, nutritious meals.
  • Prepare refreshments and meals for guests when required.

Presentation & Service

  • Correctly set dining tables for daily meals and formal events.
  • Ensure proper plating, presentation, and timing of meals.
  • Coordinate with household staff for service.

Kitchen Hygiene & Management

  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen at all times.
  • Manage ingredient inventory; ensure all items are fresh and high-quality.
  • Follow high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and adherence to expiry dates.

Special Requirements

  • Ability to handle special dietary needs (diabetic, low-salt, high-protein, etc.).
  • Prepare meals for guests during meetings or events hosted at the residence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal chef or home cook for a high-profile household preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking.
  • Understanding of nutrition and dietary practices.
  • Ability to work independently with high professionalism.
  • Full-time; flexible hours based on the Chairman’s schedule (including weekends).
