Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process for maritime personnel, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified seafarers, tracking certifications, availability, and performance records.
- Liaise with ship management and operational teams to understand crewing needs and proactively fill vacancies with suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific vessel roles.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation for managing crew operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in crewing or maritime HR, highlighting familiarity with industry practices and regulations.
- Certification in maritime safety or crew management, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in the maritime sector.
- Experience in managing diverse crews, showcasing cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multinational environments.
